To provide an elevated, uninterrupted experience for every guest, we kindly ask that all appointments honor the following policies. Cancellations & No-Shows • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). • Failure to cancel or arrive for your appointment will be considered a No-Show and charged 100% of the service(s). • Appointments booked within 24 hours are subject to the same cancellation policy. Arrival Time • Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a seamless experience. • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to forfeit or modify their service and will be charged the full service amount. Confirmation & Communication • Appointment confirmations are sent 48 hours in advance via text and email. • Failure to confirm may result in the appointment being released to another guest. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total. • All prices are subject to change based on consultation, hair density, length, or additional time required. Guest Policy • To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, only the scheduled guest is permitted during the appointment unless prior approval is given. Children Policy • Children must be accompanied by another adult if they are not receiving a service. Respect & Experience • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. Taxes • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted. Effective January 1, 2026
